1. Courses (7-day refund)

We offer a 7-day refund on courses from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email support@grospi.com with your registered email and payment details.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank/payment provider.

2. E-books (no refunds)

E-books are non-refundable. Digital products are delivered instantly and protected with watermarking, so refunds are not possible.

3. Books (hardcopy) — product-wise

Refund/return eligibility for hardcopy books can vary by product and is mentioned on the product page (where applicable). For any issue (damaged item, wrong item, delivery problem), please contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Payment issues

If payment was successful but access was not granted, please check Payment History and use the “Check Status” option. If you still face issues, contact support.
